The house of representatives has waded into the ongoing drama of protests by youth corps members against their deployment to volatile northern states in fear for their safety due to the Boko Haram crisis. Its wrong to deploy them to states where their security and lives are threatened, they are not military officers and should not be put in situations where they are viewed as combatants because they are serving their country
This after how long. We live in a pitiful country led by a pitiful government. Corpers have been slaughtered for a long time in these crisis areas and yet still they are sent to these places in the name of serving the nation. I wonder what it finally took for them to come to this decision.
