They had a fairy tale romance with Tom proposing to Katie at the top of the Eiffel tower and married in a castle in italy. They were married five years and had a lovely daughter Suri, who Katie wants sole legal custody of. She filed for divorce in New york on June 28th citing irreconcilable differences.
