Vikram Choudhury is a mean little punk and could possibly face charges that would really serve him right for photographing a dying hit and run victim
by the side of the road and then driving away without calling for help. The 19 year old stopped at the scene of the accident, came out of his vehicle, took the pictures and later tweeted the pic with the caption ''Eeeehm wtf? some guy just casually lying outside Ocean terminal''.
Ikram who had not called emergency services to report the injured man, was asked whether did anything to help the men and he replied ''what if i like went over and he like tried doin some dodgy shit to me''. He later deleted his entire Twitter account.
The injured man was treated by paramedics who showed up about 15 minutes after Vikram's tweet but he eventually died from his severe injuries. The teen was interrogated at his parents home in Edinburgh, Scotland but has yet to be charged with a crime.
