The picture was accidentally posted by Facebook's Director of Engineering, Andrew Bosworth who also appears in the picture. It shows a shirtless Mark Zuckerberg with a couple of people. The photo first appeared on the image-sharing site imgur. It was deleted a few seconds later but was already in the cybersphere.

Mark shouldn't worry, at least he doesn't have a pot belly.
