VICE PRESIDENT NAMADI SAMBO'S ZARIA HOME ATTACKED BY GUNMEN

Unknown gunmen attacked the home of the Vice president around 11.30am this morning. The gunmen engaged the policemen guarding the house in a gun battle which left at least one person dead and two injured.
Police spokesperson in Kaduna, Balteh Abdul razaq confirmed the incident saying that at least one person had been confirmed dead. According to him '' three gunmen came on a motor bike and opened fire on the police guards at the Vice president's home on Baba Ahmed road in Tudun wada, Zaria. A cobbler was hit by a stray bullet and died instantly while two police officers sustained bullet wounds on their legs and arms.

LOSE THE FAT OR LOSE YOUR JOB, PAKISTAN POLICE SACKS 250 POT-BELLIED POLICEMEN

The police authority in Punjab has sacked 250 pot bellied and fat officers from it's ranks. The Police Inspector General Habibur Rahman ordered a team of district police to measure the waistlines of 175,000 members of the Police and all those found overweight were given a deadline to lose the excess weight. Pakistani police officers are required to have a waistline of 38 inches or less.
The Pakistani police say it will recruit slimmer officers to replace the sacked men and women.
If the Nigerian I.G of Police tries this he will lose more than half of his police force!!!
