Beyonce must be Wonderwoman! Not only is she a great wife and mother she is also an amazing big sis. She flew sister Solange to London so she could be with her on her special day. Last year for Solange's birthday she bought her a pair of designer shoes for ever year she had lived -which was 25 years, although she probably would have preferred what Bey got Jay-z for Father's day - A $40m private jet.

EXCUSE US - THE GAINS OF DEMOCRACY

“The kind of abuse they abuse me, if you hear you won’t go to the market,”  This quote was from Mr President during his chat with the media on Sunday night. It's laughable that someone who is the president of our great country, who bills the country N1billion for food, who has electricity 24/7 in Aso rock,  who can travel at will to Brazil and other exotic locales on 4 or so different presidential jets is bothered and insulted that the common Nigerian who probably sees light from PHCN two hours of the day, manages a 0-1-0 meal plan and cannot afford to go to hospital to treat common ailments is abusing and cursing himself and his family.
Well Mr President, forgive us if we cause you pain but you see, being able to insult you and all your cohorts is the only relief most of us have from the drudgery of living in the hell-hole you have created for us. The fact that we can insult you as much as we want to is arguably the only real gain we have enjoyed from this democracy, afterall we couldn't abuse Abacha!!!
Everytime we enter a pot-hole on the road, everyday we don't sleep with light, infact if  we just had a bad day, we have to take it out on someone and you happen to be the most convenient person, since its really your fault all these bad things are happening.

EMERGING TALENT - CHELSEA EZE

She's been around for a while but hasn't been very visible due to her being very critical about the movie projects she features in. First time i ever saw Chelsea in a movie was Silent scandal with Genevieve Nnaji and Majid Micheal, she played Genny's  difficult teenage daughter. The relationship between her character and ''her mother'' in the movie was a very complicated one and she pulled it off perfectly. She also featured in ''Timeless passion'' an Emem Isong movie and very recently ''two brides and a baby'' produced by Blessing Effiom Egbe.
Chelsea won  the award for the ''most promising actress at The African movie awards, 2010, ''Revelation of the year at the best of Nollywood awards, 2010 and ''best upcoming actress'' at the Zaffa awards.
