18 year old Robert Salo took a chance and bought a $2 scratch card to play New York's lottery ''win for life'' game last week. He became the youngest ever winner and is set to receive a $1000 a week for the rest of his life. He plans to use his winnings to see himself through college and get a degree, saying in an interview with the NY Daily news ''i'm going to invest in myself''. Smart boy.
