Nigerian singer Bez Idakalu of the ''play that stupid song'' fame has scored a music and publishing deal with Universal records. Bez who was described by the BBC as ''the next big talent out of Nigeria'' has garnered critical acclaim for his album Super sun opened for international singing sensation Asa. He was featured in Essence magazines New and next column ,which spotlights new talents the magazine wants their readers to know about. The alternative soul singer is on his way to making the world hear his soulful voice.
Universal music also just recently signed Psquare, the talented duo behind songs like ''do me'' and ''beautiful Onyinye'' with American rapper Rick Ross.
