CNN Africa recently named the three women and five others as Africa's ruling ladies based on the strategic positions of power they occupy in their individual countries. Ngozi Okonjo Iweala is Nigeria's Finance minister and one of the top-runners for position of World Bank President. Ellen Sirleaf is the first democratically elected president of an African country while Joyce Banda was elected president of Malawi in April,
