The woman who was acquitted of murdering her two year old daughter Caylee in July of 2011 but is widely believed to have done the deed and was only set free due to technicalities, is in the news again. She has been accused of defamation by a woman bearing the same name as the babysitter she accused of kidnapping her child. She told the Police during the investigation into Caylee's murder that a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped her daughter after her mother, Cindy Anthony, reported to police that she hadn't seen her granddaughter in 31 days and that Casey's car smelt like a dead body had been in it.

Casey, who has been in hiding since her acquittal will be forced out to answer more questions regarding the suspicious death of her daughter and how she conjured up Zenaida as her daughter's kidnapper. She might have been acquitted of the murder but judging by the way things have turned out for her so far, she sure didn't get away with it.
