Very nasty pairing! unfortunately about 70% of women and 25% of men who contract the disease do not show the symptoms, so you might catch chlamydia from your partner and be in blissful ignorance!
Some of the symptoms in men include a burning sensation when peeing, discharge from the penis, tenderness in the testicles and rectal pain and (or) discharge. Symptoms for women include a burning sensation when peeing, pain during sex, vaginal discharge, rectal pain and (or) discharge and symptoms of P.I.D ( pelvic inflammatory disease).
Chlamydia, when untreated may spread to the uterus and Fallopian tubes increasing the risk of infertility and is also a contributory factor in ectopic pregnancies.So ladies, go get tested , you might have it and not know. Do not let Chlamydia stand between you and your little bundle of joy.
