I don't get how she she squeezed four baby's out of that tiny stomach but she did it and still managed to come out looking like a Million pounds. A little skinny but amazing all the same. Usually while we are pregnant we eat for two, you and baby. You go out for ice-cream and order four scoops - two for you and two for baby, you double size all your portions and gain a ton of weight which you most likely won't lose till baby no 2 is on the way and everything goes down hill from there - the stretch marks, the sagging skin, which unfortunately are permanent, no matter how much weight you lose there is absolutely nothing you can do about them.
The mistake most women make is not understanding that on the average during your pregnancy your body needs only about an extra 300 calories( a pack of indomie contains 370 calories), a bit more if you lead a very active lifestyle.
Small, healthy, frequent meals are advised so your sugar levels are stable and you don't get hungry. Fill your fridge with your favourite veggies and fruits and fill up on them when you are hungry instead of chowing on high calorie foods that make you fat. It's understandable u will have cravings because ur pregnant but portion control is essential.
P.S. - If you are pregnant, always consult your doctor before you start any diet or exercise regimen.
