Yes! we always knew genny baby had big things in her future, it was only a matter of time. and now she's done it, hurrah to her. She's set to play the role of Miss adebayo, a proffessor in Odenigbo's ( chiwetel ejiofor) intellectual circle, though not a major role in the movie, it definitely is a step in the right direction.
Half of a Yellow sun is a drama depicting the lives of Odenigbo, his sweetheart Olanna, the houseboy Ugwu, Kainene (Olanna 's twin) and her lover - a white man named Richard who's lives are conflicted due to the biafran war and who struggle for a semblance of normality within it all, it is a beautifully written book which I hope translates to both critical acclaim and box office success. Directed by Biyi Bandele, the cast include chiwetel ejiofor, Thandie Newton, Dominic Cooper among others.

 I can already smell a Best Foreign Film nod at the Oscars!

 Ivy blue's mum snagged the unnofficial title of the most beautiful woman in the world, we fully agree.Its nice to know that a number of the women on people's list are not only beautiful women but mothers as well. Others on the list include Nicole kidman ( last years winner),Rose Bryne, Elle Mcpherson, Kate Middleton, Angelina Jolie, Charlize Theron, Adele, Sofia Vergara and Megan Fox. I wonder what happened to racial diversity though ?

If we could make up our own list of the ten most beautiful women in the world it would include the amazing Halle berry,Beyonce knowles, Rihanna Fenty, Meagan Goode ( who's currently on top of her game with her movie Think like a man),our own Genevieve Nnaji, Tiwa Savage and Omotola Jalade, Lucy liu, Salma Hayek and last but not the least Angelina Jolie.

Growing up, i was very partial to braids, they were convenient,good to manage (u could just up and go,no need to brush or style and you still looked good) and extremely easy on the pocket (that was veeery important),being that u could carry a braid for 6 - 8 weeks. u'd look a bit crazy by the eighth week but who cared, we were all young and care free, the most important thing was at least having something on your head.

The Wendy show is one of my favorite shows on t.v , u cant say a bad word about Wendy around me. Funny, i didn't like her at first, her personality was a bit too overwhelming for me, (she's built like a  ball player and has that slightly tranny flavour to her - a bit like Khloe Kardashian), they r both attractive women but they do look kind of mannish.
Flipping channels on d.s.t.v, i'd usually go right past BET whenever Wendy was on but you know how sometimes's there's just nothing to watch on t.v and ur forced to ''manage'' some programme ud never , ever watch on a good day, that's how i fell in love with Wendy! watching her is like chatting with your best friend and the worst diarrhea mouthed gossip you know, without the fall out. The last time i was sooooo addicted to a talk show was The Oprah show. i hate to say this but i have to admit, Oprah was good for the soul Wendy on the other hand is good for NOTHING but i still watch her everyday on BET .
